Hi, My name is Steven, a Sydney-based app developer and founder of Steven as a Service.
I’m a person who likes to make things simple and easy to do. Making things easy has been a bedrock of my Project Management career, for which I have been recognised with awards for the way I achieved that simplicity and impact.
My long‑term evolution with technology began with developing technical skills in the mid 1990s, a time when digital tools were rapidly emerging and reshaping the way organisations worked.
I built my coding repertoire from creating websites with the early web building application, Microsoft FrontPage.
From there I progressed to creating relational databases using a software called ‘FileMaker Pro’ during my years in large corporate environments, facilitating B2C: CRM record keeping, Internal and External Communications, complex rollout plans and schedules.
Over the decades, I’ve continually adapted to new technologies, platforms, and development practices to be experienced in modern programming languages, cloud services, and mobile and web app development.
This longevity of progression reflects not only my ability to evolve with the industry but also my commitment to staying ahead of technological change. It’s this journey that has shaped me into the app developer I am today.
My goal with the ‘Steven as a Service’ brand is to develop apps that follow the same principle, because my breadth of experience and technical adaptability transfer seamlessly across industry sectors and environments.
